Grilled Pinapples

1 large ripe pineapple
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 stick of butter
1 cup orange juice

Peal and core pineapples
Slice it lengthwise, set aside
Melt butter with sugar and orange juice
Add vanilla
Coat pineapple slices into sugar mixture
Reserve leftover mixture

Grill pinapple slices to your taste
Coat the pinapple with leftover sugar mixture
Serve warm or cold.
